if you want to get an elekid to d/p there are 2 ways, 1.trade/transfer it from a game were elekids are availible 2.if you own fire-red, you insert that into the GBA gameslot and on route 204 south or at the valley windworks (FYI: if your lucky, the elekid will have an item, witch can be given to an electubuzz in a trade and will evolve it into the 4th generation evolution)
