Black armour and weapons are usually included in the stock of any store that sells regular armour or weapons, and they cannot be made using the Smithing skill. They can also be bought from the Grand Exchange.

∙ 15y agoYou can either buy it off GE or do the quest: While Guthix sleeps. During the quest you can get two sets (one from killing elite black guards; the other from searching the wardrobe). After the quest you can kill elite black guards (lvl 138 and uses prayer) to get them as a drop.

Answer: You can also buy individual pieces (full helm, platebody, platelegs/plateskirt (one is for boys, one for girls), and kiteshield), either in the Grand Exchange, or from specialized armour shops. For example, there is one shop that specifically sells kiteshields, etc. - check the World Map if you are interested in this alternative. Paying a few extra coins on the Grand Exchange would be much faster, though.
