It depends on what emailing company you use, but on mine (AOL) you just click on the profile picture icon and it brings you to options...

Short of finding the email that it came from, there is no way. If the picture was a sent as attachment and saved, there is no way to determine that unless you still have the original email.

You need to have the cell text the email, then when u get the text on ur email, you will have the phones email. Then you just reply and attach the picture and send it. You should receive the picture soon sometimes u might have to send it multiple times to get it. It has taken 2 hours one time to get a picture.
