You cannot get enough video memory by just deleting some files.You need to buy a graphics cards or what you an say video card for you system.Your system by default have 712 mb video and 512 mb video memory but sometime this is not enough as many programs are also using this memory.Video memory is required in real time its not to store something.Video memory is used to store the running video so that it can run.
