I presume that you have released them, suiciune, entie and rioku (sorry i don't really remember how to spell them). Once you have released them, you can see that they are now seen on the pokemap as little faces, note that suiciune does not, as he is part of a mini story line.
Here is a tip that i use to use to catch legendary pokemon that seem to run away a lot.
You may be struggling to find and catch them, as they move locations whenever you reach a different route, or town. So use this to you advantage.
Stand in between two routes and move back and forth, making sure that each move that you make between each route, you check your map to see if they are in your route area. Once they are run into the grass quickly and walk around. Normally, it will be the first poke that you encounter, but may the second, so forth. If it is not the forth pokemon battle in the grass then go back to your map and check, it would normally have moved.
This is a great method to meet it. Once you have met it, make sure you first pokemon has meanlook, like a golbat, or zubat and so forth. Use this straight away, so it cant escape, whereby it will fight back, and you have to try and catch it.
