To get eyeliner from running use a base first before applying it. A base like Urban Decay Primer Potion near the lash line can prevent if from running. Also once you have put down the eyeliner, use an eyeshadow of the same color and pat it over top of where you applied the eyeliner. Using a powder over a cream consistency will prevent it from getting runny.
