I hate to tell you but you dont get fabric paint off of fabrics.sorry.

Or you could just try a lot of oxy clean and hope it works. At a party my daugther made tee- shirts and I practically dumped the whole spray bottle on her shirt. It kind of worked but there was still some hot pink paint left on her white shirt... o well
