Apart from keeping out of the sun, there's really not a lot you can do to influence your skin tone.

i think that fair skin can be defiened as The skin that is loking smiling
Well, for one thing, if you're rather dark skinned or ethnic, your skin will probably never be exactly "fair." I have naturally fair skin, but I know that covering up your skin when you go outside can keep your skin very light. Make sure to wear sunscreen and sunglasses, and probably a large sun hat when you're out in the summer. It's easier to get tan than it is to "get fair skin," and probably you can only achieve this if you have medium-light skin. One thing you have to remember is that fair skin gets burnt very easily, so make sure that if you ever want to regain your color to wear sunscreen and limit sun exposure per day (i.e. thirty minutes a day rather than three hours).
Yes
that depends. if showing off summer clothes, its better 2 be tan.but i prefer fair skin.
Having fair skin is not inherently bad; it simply reflects a person's genetic makeup. However, fair skin can be more susceptible to sunburn and skin damage from UV radiation, making sun protection essential. Individuals with fair skin may also need to be more vigilant about monitoring for skin changes, as they can have a higher risk of skin cancer. Ultimately, skin type should be embraced with appropriate care and protection.
The production of snake skin occurs naturally. Once the skin is produced the old skin will fall of, either naturally or by rubbing against hard objects.
Fair = Equitable Fair = Light colour of skin and hair Fair = A festival Fair = Peasant as in "Fair weather" Fair = Not good or bad (How are you? Fair.)
Some people have naturally darker skin than others. It all depends on what genes you end up with. Some white people have naturally darker skin, and some black people have naturally lighter skin.
