You can build muscle in a specific part of your body, but you can't reduce fat just in one place. You have to reduce it all over your body.

1) Avoid junk food, sweets and sweetened drinks.

2) Eat healthy foods in small-portioned meals.

3) Get plenty of moderate aerobic exercise.
