Only some versions of Black Ops have the Map Five available. It is not found on the Nintendo versions of Black Ops.

you have to beat the campaign. or you can break free from the chair at the main menu by pressing rt and lt, go to the computer and type "3 ark unlock" you will get a achevment for this.hope this helped
