Dogs may dump their food and eat it off the floor due to natural instincts, such as foraging behavior or a preference for eating at ground level. This behavior can also be a sign of boredom, seeking attention, or trying to control their environment. It is important to observe your dog's behavior and consult with a veterinarian or animal behaviorist if you have concerns.
