The best and most easiest way to get free beats is to create them yourself. If you can't be bothered making them yourself, then you may be able to find and download some royalty free beats, though being lackluster in making your own... what would be the point of having them?
The FPC plugin is a drum synthesizer that uses real samples. It is very customizable and it contains hundreds of preset beats that you can adjust and change. It is part of FL Studio and can be used to create as many beats as you wish out of the box. If it's musical beats, then you may actually have to do some work... or refer to the upper paragraph.
No, FL Studio is just software.
You can buy it directly from the FL Studio website or most music stores.
Autotune is a vocal pitch correction plug-in made by Antares. FL Studio owners can add on NewTone, a vocal pitch corrector as an online purchase for FL Studio 9, or buy Autotune and run it as a VST plugin.
Get a better processor
If you want to construct beats, you can use the FPC drum sampler and load in your own drum sounds (or any sound) to create beats that you can export to WAV, OGG or MP3. In any case, FL wasn't designed as a recording workstation, though you have the Edison plugin to record with. I prefer a proper recording application that has a higher latency for that sort of thing, something like Audition or Ableton Live. FL is a digital sequencing software to use plugin synthesizer modules and sound samples to create digital music.
FL Studio is a host application and therefore does not need "kits" of any kind, only plugins. If you mean samples, then FL comes with many to use out of the box, although you can add as many as you like from other sources. There are many free samples and plugins to find online and there are just as many commercial products you can buy.
Sony Acid Music Studio and FL Studio 9 (these are their proper names) are very different programs, so you'll have to try out each one to decide which is the better program for you. You can download trial versions of these programs. If you're into creating your own beats with individual drum elements, then choose FL Studio. If you want to mix different loops together, choose Acid. Note that Acid Music Studio is a scaled-down cheaper version of Acid Pro 7, the current professional version. Acid Music Studio is commonly bundled with sound cards, video editing software and other hardware.
Skins are no longer supported in FL Studio, but you can open certain images from the application folder and edit them in your favorite graphics application, just backup those files in case they screw up the FL interface.
Use an USB-Cable
No store will let you return opened software if you have opened the box. If you are unhappy with the program, your best bet is to find another program that offers a 'competitive upgrade' from FL-Studio, so you can buy the other program at a reduced cost.
The MPC1000 pads can work as MIDI triggers for sounds inside FL Studio.
By "packs", you can download literally hundreds of free VST plugins that FL Studio will instantly recognize and use at your disposal (once located and activated by FL). If you remember where you installed the VTS Plugins folder, just drop any of those plugins there, have FL refresh the plugin list and tick it off as a useable plugin. Then just add the device as another instrument.Keep in mind that many plugins don't use the FL Studio generic interface and most will probably not offer individual automated "edit events" options, but if used correctly, any knobs you tweak during a recording will appear as an event on playback. For some plugins that don't even have an interface, FL Studio will assume a generic one with all of the FL specific functions. You don't need to use any additional plugins at all as FL comes with many very good ones, but if you have certain sounds in mind that you would rather not reproduce with Harmless, Sytrus, Wasp, etc., you may be able to find a plugin that has exactly the sound you are looking for it their presets.
