∙ 9y agoVery rarely, you can find paint brushes in random events. You also start out with two basic paint brushes from your newbie pack. Beyond that, however, it's basically impossible to get a free paintbrush. You must save up your neopoints and buy them through the Shop Wizard or Trading Post.
