here are some hidden ones

Bowl of tomatoes- krokosphinx island next to shop keeper (the one with the small stand)

Ladder- in the chamber of fire in the archeological dig site (assistant danforth) in the bottom right corner of the wall with all the sand ramps (krokotopia)

Small door- in the pet shop in the wizard city shoppping district beetween the counter and the shelf (in the middle-right wall furthest from the door)

also from quests.
