Bronxville is not in the Bronx. It's in Westchester, which is the county directly north of the Bronx.
To get there from Grand Central, take MetroNorth Railroad, the Harlem Line, to Bronxville.

Metro-North trains can get you from Bronxville to New Rochelle. Unfortunately, they do not have a direct route from one to the other. You have to travel from Bronxville to Grand Central Station, and then from Grand Central Station to New Rochelle. See the Related Link below for the Metro-North homepage. You need to click the button that says "Click for lines EAST of Hudson: Harlem, Hudson, New Haven." Then, at the schedules page, select "Bronxville" under "From," and "New Rochelle" under "To."
Not possible these days. Amtrak no longer has service to Grand Central Terminal. BTW - Grand Central Station is the subway station. The railroad station is Grand Central Terminal.
