The best and quickest way is to fly. There are various flights between London and Northern Ireland. A longer way would be to go by road or rail and by ferry across the sea. There are lots of ports that you could travel between, but it would take a lot longer than flying.

You can either fly or go by ferry. By ferry there are various options. The nearest port in Northern Ireland would be Larne in county Antrim, near the city of Belfast. You can take a ferry from there to Stranraer in Scotland and make the rest of the journey by road or rail. There are other crossing points from Ireland to Britain that you could make like from Dublin to Liverpool or Holyhead, Dún Laoghaire to Holyhead or from Rosslare to Fishguard. All are much longer and slower options than flying, so you'd only take one of them if you wanted to bring a car.
