First of all it's lavaridge I believe! You need to go straight up from Slateport, though Mauville, past the rocks (The ones that you break with rock smash) and into a small cave. Continue through the cave until you get out of the other side. You continue along the path until you get to a very GRAY area. Continue left when this happens and Voila! Your at Lavaridge!
