Most Japanese people would catch the train. It depends if you have luggage or not and if you do, how much.
Trains are easy to catch in Japan even if you don't speak or read Japanese.
Minami Osaka is an area so it has many train stations. If you are staying in a hotel the web page or staff will give you information on the nearest station.
You may also be able to catch a bus, but it isn't as easy as the train if your Japanese level is low.
Taxi's are expensive but will probably get you to a famous place with no problems if your Japanese level is low. If where your going isn't so famous a written (in Japanese) address or phone number of a Japanese speaker who knows where the place should be alright.
I'll post a link to the train timetable and just put the stations in.
