How do you get garatena?

to get garatena you must get the nationol dex.then,go to veilstone and go to the rt. below it,you should then come to a path on the right side.go throuh the grass to a place where you can use rock climb.go up and go right and then up.use rock climb again and go to in the cave.explore until you come to garatena.get him to red hp and put him to sleep or let him beeat the holy crap out of peachu to paralize him.just keep throwing dusk/preamer balls until you catch him.
