AlphaArm Sigma is available from Alpha Omega. Giga chips exclusive to Blue will remain so unless you cheat.

Blue has Punk, Bowlman (not Mistman), and the gigachips Folderback, DeltaRayEdge, Darkaura, and Bass+. That's more or less it. The Punk chip is still only available by special event (long since over) and cheating regardless of version.
