Do you mean Groudon? If so, you can't. I have Heart Gold and it's based on the old version, (regular) Gold. So it was the 2nd generation of Pokemon, and Groudon came out in the 3rd generation. Even though when you beat the game you can get a Mudkip, Torchic, or Treecko (Which is from the 3rd generation) from I forgot who, though you can get a starter from the 3rd generation at THE END of your journey, you cannot get any other 3rd generation Pokemon, including Groudon. Sorry to disappoint.
