If it's professional color, it'll fade in a day or two. But to get it off faster dab your fingers in the same color, rub it on your skin, and rinse. It'll pretty much be gone because "color removes color" on SKIN.
If it's the kind from the super market all I can say is that maybe "go-joe" would help?
No it doesn't when you first get it done but after months it will start fading but its a long time before that happens : DD

Heat it with a hair dryer or paint stripping gun and wipe it off. Scrape it off with a blunt tool. Use a scourer to rub it off.
