First go to stark mountain after you get past the first part you will see buck he will follow you you go to a room buck will take the magma stone go to the survival area go to the house next to the Pokemon center talk to buck he will put the magma stone back go back you will see heatran level 70 the weird part is when i first threw a ultra ball i caught it good luck
