I'm not sure you can however you could try using an application that will try to recover it since nothing is truly deleted because when you 'delete' something the computer just marks that storage as usable and as long as no new things have used that storage than its still there.
There are ways to recover a browser's history. But in matters of legality you'll have to look up yourself, try "history recovery" etc.

It depends. If you deleted it while you were typing it for the first time, then no. If you accidentally deleted what someone else typed and you didn't save it, then what you can do is hit refresh or go back to "Question Home" and start over. If you did save it after deleting it, then the way to retrieve it is to either ask a supervisor to revert the answer, or you can reconstruct the answer from the Question History.

If you deleted your history, the only way to find it would be to do what you did the first time. Google any keywords you remember from the site. Google is very helpful, you will probably find it.
