First of all, hitmonchan cannot evolve. However, tyrogue can evolve into hitmonchan at level 20 if tyrogue's attack is less than its defense. That can be altered using irons and proteins if necessary.

TYROGE EVOLVES AT LEVEL 20

When you get Tyroge from the egg train it to level 19 ..then get at least 5 proteins 5 carbons (I don't no surely but thing which increase attack and defence...)

at level 19 if you want Tyroge to become Hitmontop make its defence & attack equal..

if you want Hitmonchan, make it's defense higher than his attack

and if Hitmonlee, make his attack higher than its defence it will evolve according to it's status..

Tyrogue and the Hitmon'sIf you have Hitmonchan or Hitmonlee, breed it with a Ditto at the Day Care Center:

Four Island (FRLG)

Rt.117 (RSE)

Solaceon Town (DPPt)

Rt.34 (HGSS)

Rt.3 (BW)

Eventually, the Day Care should have an Egg of Tyrogue, which evolves at level 20. Watch your Tyrogue's base Atk and Def as it levels up; use just enough of Protein or Iron so that either the Atk or the Def is greater than the other, depending on your preferred evolved form.

Atk < Def = Hitmonchan.

Atk > Def = Hitmonlee.

Atk = Def = Hitmontop.

you have to talk to dawn when she's in sandgem town. she will bring you to a cave with a pokeball, just pick that up and it will say : you found a hitmonlee
