One has to contact the foreign ministry of the Country with application and necessary details. On meeting certain criteria and vacancy the Govt will communicate the applicant for appointment. All website claiming to arrange these appointment are false and baseless. and should not be contacted for serious appointment. The Applicants desirous of getting appointment should contact less recognised Country for appointment as this appointment may be useful for full fledged appointment of UN recognised Countries. For seriously pursuing diplomatic career one may seek to apply with the Government of Hutt River or Antarcticland for these post or similar status Country with lesser known recognition.
