First you must connect your iPod to your computer with an USB cable. Then go to iTunes and set up your account. If you already have an account on iTunes you can click the icon and start from there. If you don't have an iTunes account, it should automatically pop out the iTunes website. Once you are logged onto iTunes, click on iTunes Store and then you can search for music, videos, shows, apps, etc. Once you have found something you want to put on you IPOD, it should say in a little box if the item is free, or if it costs money. If it's free you can click the button that says Get App and it will ask you for the apple ID and Password unless you are already signed in. If you want something that costs money, you press the button that says buy app. After clicking that, it will ask you for your credit card and all that business; I really hope this helps because there is no other way I can explain this.
