Go through the Lost Woods until you reach the Sacred Forest Meadow. Go through the maze until you reach the end, where Saria will teach you Saria's Song. Then, go to Goron City, and play Zelda's Lullaby to get access to Darunia's Room. There, play Saria's Song, and he'll give you the Goron's Bracelet. Exit Goron City from the main entrance, and from there, go right shortly after you exit. Use the bomb flower to destroy the boulder blocking the entrance to Dodongo's Cavern, and go in.
