you go to the mt pyre get the magma emblem then you go to jagged pass where you will see the magma goon beat him where he was standing press a and it will open beat maxie the go to slateport you will see the scientist in a middle of an interview talk to him then archie will steal the submarine go to lilycove and the goons blocking the way should be gone hope it helps
