They had a server test which is now over. they did that test so that they could see what to do to improve Club Penguin. You could be a server tester by signing up the the Club Penguin improvement website. It is the same club penguin except it had a fun glitch on it during the SaiNT pATRIKS DAY PARTY and also you received 20,000 coins that you could spend only on that website. then, they moved the actual club penguin to that website and that is what is now.
