Then talk to team galactic. you will battle tham . After that a grandmother will take you inside a cave and show you a picture. You will get the Hm Surf. Then fly to orburgh city. go up that slope at the top using your cycle. Keep going right and there will be a cave go in. After you are out of the cave there! you reached distortion world.
