the inn is a hard place to get to because you need wifi for the event after u done the event u will get a members card and you will be able to go in the harbour in and catch darkrai
also darkrai isn't in the inn he is at new moon island but when you go in harbour in and go back out and talk to the sailor he will take you to newmooon
