∙ 12y agoYou cannot gain infinite health in single player nor multi player in Call of Duty 4. There is however, an infinite ammunition cheat in single player which is unlock once the player collects every Intel piece within the game and has completed the game.

∙ 13y agoTwo ways. Super aim-bot and super bullet penetration. You can easily spawn kill like that. The other way would to use an invincibility hack. I don't know the process of hacking the game because I am a legit gamer and proud of it. Well, not really.
