you cant unless you have two aipoms and a master ball. give a master ball to an aipom they have to be male and female. not male male or female female. then give the aipoms to day care center. next wait for an egg. lastly hatch the egg and if it is a may pick up items type Pokemon then you willhave a master ball. if it doesn't show up with an item try again.
