If you have Windows 7 Professional, then open the Windows XP Virtual Machine. Open the Start Menu, search for "XP" and click on "Windows XP Mode" or something similar. This will load up a virtual desktop in a new window. You can then use this virtual deskop to access your CD drive and open Insaniquarm or any other older products. You can also make the virtual desktop full-screen so you get the same effect you would if you were playing it for real on an older machine.
