How do you get inside pal park in platinum?

You need the national pokedex, then put in a Game Boy Advance Pokemon game with the Pokemon you want to have on Platinum in your GBA's PC. Go to the menu at the beginning of the game. Choose the option Migrate from *name of game color like Emerald or FireRed*. Select that option then choose the six Pokemon you want to transfer from your GBA's PC. Transfer the Pokemon then go to the Pal Park. Enter and catch all of them in the various locations.
