from lavender town you travel left and kill any one who gets in your way. then you should see two buildings. one goes to saffron. you cant get there until you get to celadon. go into the second building and down the stairs. then go up the other stairs and out. next travel left and arrive in celadon. (go behind celadon mansion once you get there and go to the top floor. then collect the free eevee from the know it alls desk). :)
