first you have to get to the top of mt pyre and get the magna emblem and go down jagged pass near lavarige town go through magna hideout on jagged pass then in the in the water up from lilycove go trough aqua hideout if you go to one place in aqua hideout there is 1 nugget 1 master ball 2 electrodes and then the Pokemon will move and you can go to mossdeep
