To get the Experimental MIRV in Fallout 3 you have to go to the national guard depot go to the training wing than go to depot offices and flick the switch but i can't find the switch?
You have to go through the offices and when you get all the way around to the upper depot door, open it and cross the hall, open that door and you will see it on the wall at your left. You can see the bunker door from the switch.
