Finish the egg hunt quests and get Grenn's cluckens back, or bring 10 eggs to Mellee for 2 days. Once you do one of those then she will give you a special hat that lets you access the part that has the yellow pawprint. To access the part that has the rainbow-sparkle pawprint, you need to have the key from the mall or a membership/"subscription"
If you want to get into the part with the yellow pawprint, I'd recommend finishing the quest(s) as soon as possible. As far as I know, they are seasonal quests that could leave soon.
