After you chase Manny right from Rowley's house to the school, he escapes while you recover the game guide from Greg's locker. Go right and climb up the outside of the Tower to reach Grandpa's room. When eating lunch, click as fast as you can to keep the salad down. You can leave by using the elevator, and after that you will have access to the Bingo game in the lobby of the Towers. When climbing the building, you can avoid all dropped objects just by staying as far as possible to the right (apts C windows).

You cannot enter the apartments from the lobby elevator -- no one will answer the door, and Grandpa Heffley (33-C) is sound asleep. Climb the outside of the building, jumping up the ledges to reach the top. (If you stay to the far right side of the C ledges, you will not be hit!). Enter Grandpa's window and wake him up. After you eat lunch with him (bleh), go down the elevator and out the lobby door. You will not find Manny right away, but you can go farther right to Whirley Street to get the snow shovel if you have not already. You will return to Leisure Towers later to play bingo.

Climb the outside of the building by jumping onto the ledges for the C apartments (right side). If you stay to the very right edge of those C windows, you will not be hit by anything.
