While driving around the Ocean Realm, you should pass three fish with red orbs in their mouths. Stop next to them and toot your horn until the orb goes blue. This should open a cave thing, shaped like a fish. Be careful though, because as you drive towards the temple, an Armoured Train will appear and try to kill you. :D
There are 3 switches you need to turn on with your train whistle. You should've received a letter from the guy you saved from the pirates. He numbered 3 places on a map. Those are the locations of the swithces. The 1st switch is up on one of those tall rocks located on the island marked #1 on the map the guy gave you. Blow your train whistle to activate the switches in order.
this is very difficult. Depending what stage you are up to, you may have already done this part, so skip ahead if so.
Big Statues
On the journey through the ocean realm on to the desert you will see some statues. Really big ones. I've forgotten their exact placement, but there is one on the bottom left,
one to the bottom right, one up towards north east, and one around north west, it think.
Anyway, if you map their location and where their gaze meets, you then go to the sand sanctuary in the middle of the desert realm at the dead end. the gaze of the statues should be a few inches out both ways from the top right corner of the rectangular patch of earth in the middle. Go down it, and play your Flute with the sanctuary's dweller as per usual. This will give passage up through the fire realm back down to the temple.
The Three Challenges
First challenge, easy, we've done that before. Shoot the monster in the eye a few times. However, when it starts to keep its eye shut , shoot the dynamite kegs when it's on top of them or near them to open its eye; then shoot it.
Second challenge, (from memory, so excuse me if I'm wrong). You enter at the first passage going off three ways. reverse back through the way you came. it will take you out somewhere new. reverse through that again. You will be back on a three pronged track. turn right. you will have made it. I hope.
Third challenge, a bit harder; i think it's easier if you turn left to do a full circuit. shoot the turrets as you go around, and shoot the balls they're shooting at you as well. it only takes one shot to break them. If you had checked before (and gone up to the door), the door to the temple opens if you destroy all turrets, so get to work.
There you have it. Inside the temple you go.
I think on the second challenge, instead of going right you go straight.
Ride by all three of the statues with big gems, and blow the whistle as you do so. You have to make sure you do them in the correct order that Lokomo Carben told you, or else it won't work and it is necessary to repeat the process. Once you have done so, a statue of a fish will appear at the surface at the point of the tracks where they stop, and riding into it ill bring you underwater. Avoid all the Dark Trains and try to avoid enemies as your cannons move much more slowly. It should be noted that the Ocean Temple is located here as well.
First visit the sanctuary, go to Carben's quarters (the crest on the door looks like two small diamonds next to each other.) and you'll find he isn't there. He is in Papauzia Village to the west, so go there. You'll find him floating in the air with some birds. Play the Song of Discovery next to the tree to the right. A rocket statue will appear. (Don't bother with the Wise One) Play the song it sings. This is the Song of Birds and will call Carben down. You then board the train and take him across the bridge. Pirates will attack you, so fight them off in the cabin and protect Carben. Slash repeatedly at the the huge fella who jumps in later to kill him. Once at the sanctuary, play the Song of Ocean's Restoration with him (Blue, Red, Lilac) The tracks will reappear. The letter Carben gives you will say 1...2...3 on the map. Chart a course through these points in order. Blow your whistle briefly at each one an a red statue will turn blue. Do this in order and a fish shaped door appears. Go through it. Then chart a course to the temple door. However as you approach a faster-than-usual demon train will appear in your path. Drive past the junction then stop. As the train goes to follow you, quickly reverse and turn right on the junction as the train turns around. Then use the cannon to fight it off as you approach the temple door. Don't bother taking the long way round, because another demon train will appear to ambush you, and you'll end up trapped.
You have to get the whip inside the ocean temple which will help you defeat the boss. When you enter the boss room, you use the whip to swing across the wooden branches. Do this by tapping the whip then holding your stylus down on the branch until Link is either on the ground or ready to grab the next branch. Soon, you shall see a tentacle blocking your path. Use the whip to pull a thorn from the tentacle and hit the eye on the tentacle with the thorn. When you have reached the top of the mountain, you will face the boss. Use the thorns on the tentacles the same way as you did on the mini tentacles and hit the monster until you can see the eye. Throw a thorn at the eye with the whip and then you will be able to hit the monster with the sword. Don't fall off the edge and don't get hit by the tentacles. Good luck everyone!

I think you have to get to the marine temple, then on one of the floors there is an enemy with the whip, you have to beat him, then a treasure chest appears with the whip, to beat him you have to let him get you with the whip, then when he starts dragging him to you turn around so you're facing him, then attack him.
