Well, it's easy!

Go to Whittleton (forest realm) and find a patch of leaves. Get out your whilrlwind and line it up with a patch of leaves, then blow! Hopefully you'll get a demon fossil! You might get rupees or a heart. Other treasure items you can get by this method are star fragments, bee larvae, wood heart and stalfos skulls. Keep doing it until all of the leaves are gone.
