How do you get ironic annihilation in Vampire Wars?

Ironic Annihilation is available mainly from Daily visits that open up the Crypt Keys when it gets up to 7 locks. Other ways to get it is it is on rare occassion offered for sale from the Elders for real cash or favor points. Also when you get enough clan (over 200 or more), you get enough wheel spins on the weekends going that you can get Ironic Annihilation from fighting someone who has it. You can also ask on your clan board if anyone is either quitting and can gift them or once you get skill ranking high enough (roughly over 1500) you don't need Ironic Annihilation's anymore and they may gift them since they don't need them, necessarily.
