start making videos that you enjoy making and make videos because that's what you love or like to do, join other websites like twitter and DailyBooth for more people to know you, and leave your YouTube link in your twitter description and dailybooth description. join a collab channel to get to know more people on YouTube and become friends with more people, the more friends you have the more likely someone might mention you in one of their videos, get skype so you can talk to the friends you make on YouTube and dailybooth. Get blogtv too or ustream so you can chat with some people that watch your videos or new people that haven't watch your videos before but they might want to if you are entertaining enough and fun on blogtv, but if you aren't getting many views tweet the link to your live show. If that collab channel doesn't work out, by the time you get at least 500 subscribers you could start your own collab channel, or from the friends you have made you could make a collab video with some of them to share some viewers :] making your own collab channel could get your viewers a chance to meet you more and could actually make some videos on the same channel as you! but once you get bigger and more known on YouTube, keep doing the stuff you did get up to where you are now, keep your dailybooth and twitter, keep making friends, keep making videos that you love to make and have fun. the sad thing is that the big YouTubers are mostly up there because they say "like, favourite, comment, share, this video" in pretty much every video, don't do that in EVERY video, but you can do that in a couple maybe.
