Go to the 2nd floor of the castle, go to the mirror room AS LUIGI. get one of the flowers to turn luigi invisible. go THREW the mirror. On you right there should be a painting of luigi, but in the mirror its wario, while in the mirror, go into the Wario painting, now go threw the course and beat chief chilly!! and then Wario is yours! how that helps, good luck and enjoy!
