here r how u can get some legendary Pokemon in diamond and pearl
heatran-go to stark mountain. (after u beat the Pokemon league ) go to the end with Buck. then Buck takes the magma stone. you go to the survival area go to the house on the left of the Pokemon center talk to Buck.Buck returns the megma stone. go back to stark maountain. go to the end again and heatran should be there.(make sure you have lots of dusk balls and ultra balls and timer balls.)(save the game before you battle him because it takes a long time to get him.)(if you kill him turn off the power if u really want him and try again.)(he is a fire type.)(rock smash and strength is needed)
girantina-beat the Pokemon league. go to spring path. go into the cave. once u pass three pillars giratina should be in the next room.(rock smash and rock climb is needed)(save the game before battleing him)
rotom- beat the Pokemon league. go to the haunted place in the enterna forest. go to the second floor. go to a room that has a tv.(make sure it is night time or he wont be there)(cut is needed)press A on the tv and he should apea. he is lvl 15 just use a quick ball to capture him.
