when you get 10.000 trainer point's you can do a quest to get either groudon or kyogre then whan you get 30.000 trainer points you can do yet another quest to try and catch the great raqaza and if you get lucky you might get a shiny one but you only get one chance each so be smart and plan your teams bye and hope this help's
