Level 100 Pokemon cannot be found in the wild without a cheating device and its code. To quickly train your Pokemon, you can bring your Pokemon to the Pokemon League again several times to earn great EXP. If you have a Pokemon you don't want to be active in battle and still earn some EXP, let it hold a EXP. Share and the EXP will be split towards the inactive Pokemon. Another way to quickly level up your Pokemon is by giving them many Rare Candies, but this is not recommended. The reason is Rare Candies are uncommon and should be used strategically. For advanced players, they are likely to want to EV train their Pokemon, which using Rare Candies eliminates the training, unless they put it back with the wild Pokemon training.
