Dynasty Warriors will always have the hack n slash gameplay as it did in Dynasty Warriors 2. However, Koei will improve on the game's elements to give the player a more diverse experience. The series has added an Rpg aspect to the character, weapons, and horse. You can see turned based elements in the PSP Dynasty Warriors and Dynasty Warriors Vol 2 as well as on the Gameboy Advance.

You can't, there are no cheats for any Dynasty Warriors games, there are just places that show you where items are, what you need to do for vauluable items, lvl 10 and 11 weapons, that's all
